In honor of Cesar Chavez's work defending the rights of farm workers, CSNI's Economic Development program, the Farm Project, seeks to sow the seeds of arts and culture along S. Cesar E. Chavez Drive in order to reap the harvest of economic development.
We work in close partnership with businesses of the Cesar Chavez Business Improvement District and other organizations to boost economic activity along the Drive. Come out to Wisconsin's unofficial Latino downtown. You'll like it!
Health & Wellness
The tenth strategy area of the Clarke Square Quality of Life Plan is our Health & Wellness initiative, called Project 10. It focuses on emotional health and wellbeing, physical wellness, economic prosperity, and spiritual wellness.
We work with neighbors and organizations who want to help Clarke Square reachest its highest level of prosperity by offering the chance for neighbors to explore their full potential.
We are working to stabilize, promote, and preserve diverse housing to accommodate a wide range of incomes and family needs. The goal is to improve both quality of housing, as well as to increase the home ownership rate.
